Project description:
Dev-Pro is a US-based outsource software development company with 6 years’ experience, a team of 380+ professionals (as of March 2018), offices in Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv and Charlotte, and long-term partnerships with more than 20 clients in the US and Europe. Dev-Pro successfully works with projects of various size and complexity, from innovative startups to market leaders, due to its established infrastructure and flexible management. One of our clients is a major player in the Point of Sale (POS) domain in the US market. Other projects are involved in different business domains including: education, real estate, financial, travel and bookings.
We envision ourselves as a company of 500-600 people by the end of 2018. To support this growth, we are adapting company structure and processes to support this scale, and take the company further towards 1,000+ over the next several years. This creates exciting career growth opportunities across our engineering and operations teams, including Finance Department.
Role description:
As a Head of Finance, you’ll be in charge of ensuring Dev-Pro’s financial fitness. To support continued growth, you will build version 2.0 of the Finance Department, revising and improving most of financial processes. You’ll report to the US-based CFO and will work closely with company's top leadership.
Specifically, the immediate objectives will include:
a) revise the team structure and expand team to support company's growth;
b) implement accounting automation and integration with other financial processes (payroll, invoicing, etc.);
c) build consolidated financial reporting for US, UA and EU subsidiaries.
On the ongoing basis, you will supervise the Finance Department, drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, KPI analysis. Most importantly, you will be expected to contribute your insights into optimizing the business performance based on financial metrics and perspective.
Required skills:
• 5+ years of experience in finance
• 3+ years experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role
• Experience of managing a team of 5+ people in a company of 200+ personnel
• Experience working in a multinational environment, exposure to services business model
• Experience in financial process setup, support and improvement
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work under pressure
• Excellent English
