Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrated experience in a technical field
Empathetic approach to troubleshooting and customer service
Quick learner, willing to take initiative, accountability, passion for applied learning in a fast
paced environment
Proven attention to detail, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies and solve
complex customer large scale distributed systems.
Partner with Engineering and product teams to resolve sophisticated problems and identify trends
that could potentially risk high availability of systems.
Excellent speaking, reading and writing skills in English.

Qualifications and Experience:
Java and JavaScript development expertise in cloud-based application development with in-depth knowledge of java eco-system and NodeJs
Expertise in data modeling, relational design using RDBMS and NoSQL such as Cassandra, MongoDB
Experience with multiple architecture styles including SOA, API-first and micro-services architectures
Experience in troubleshooting large scale systems using scale-out architecture that require high availability, performance, high scalability and multi-tenancy
Knowledge in Message Queue and event driven systems.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
