JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your job is to find trucks, and get vehicles to show up on time for pick up and drop off while handling inbound calls and emails.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
High motivation and attention to detail
Punctual and organized
Ability to work from 3 pm to 1 am
Always well-mannered on the phone
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills and team player attitude
Prior sales experience is preferred
Experience as a broker (preferred, but not a must)
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Mon – Fri working from an office in Lviv (not a remote position)
Covered taxi expenses to get back home after work
Competitive pay: month base $700+
High-motivated and friendly team
JOB DUTIES:
Covering loads and making sure on-time arrivals are made
Checking carrier for freight guard reports before assigning to a load
Negotiating pricing agreements with carriers
Communicating with dispatchers and drivers (daily using written and verbal English)
Well-organized tracking of the loads you covered
