We're seeking a Hiring Specialist/Recruiter to join our team of experienced professionals. You should be passionate about creating a great candidate experience from the start and adept at maintaining it as our recruitment process grows. We value self-motivation, excellent communication, and a positive, results-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English - Advanced or higher);

  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with remote teams;

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, adhering to a schedule aligned with New York time;

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates from different countries;

  • Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels;

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Hiring Manager, you will:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process professionally and in a friendly manner;

  • Evaluate and screen candidates to build a strong talent pool;

  • Search and recruit qualified candidates directly;

  • Conduct interviews with candidates;

  • Maintain and improve the recruiting database for accurate and efficient data management;

  • Collaborate openly with hiring managers to enhance the hiring process and create relevant job descriptions;

  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates;

  • Propose and contribute to necessary changes in recruiting processes;

  • Prepare and extend job offers;

  • Develop a talent pool;

  • Find and use cost-effective solutions for finding a new candidates;

  • Assist in building a strong Employer Brand;

  • Support the onboarding process.
