Are you someone who is working with RFPs and sending proposals? Here is an excellent opportunity for you! We are looking for an RFP specialist to join American branding, design, and marketing agency.
Requirements:
• English: Fluent, C1;
• 3+ years of working experience with RFPs or tenders;
• overall knowledge of design, marketing, and web development;
• great communication skills;
• strong time-management and organizational skills;
• ability to work both independently and within a team as required.
Bonus points:
• experience working as a sales representative;
• experience working as a business developer;
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and revenue growth through the completion of RFPs.
• Answer, edit, and complete sales proposals and client reports with accuracy and by deadline.
• Conclusion of agreements and other relevant documentation in accordance with the RFP documentation.
• Contribution to cost and price calculations;
• Direct participation in bidding;
• Responsible for coordination and completion of custom Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Salary: $1000-$2000 gross + 5% commissions. The client expects you to close at least $500k of RFP contracts in the first 12 months.
Working hours: to be discussed, but ideally 15:00-23:00 Ukrainian time zone.
