Job Description:

Formulate product vision and strategy; long-term product roadmap of product releases; identify milestones, communicate milestones to the stakeholders and manage the execution.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes supported by market research and on-going interaction with both customers and non-customers
Implement and monitor metrics: Breadth Of Use, Depth Of Use, Efficiency Of Use, Frequency Of Use.
Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers. Identify and track strategic product objectives and key results (OKRs).
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
5+ years of product management experience.
Passion for education and user experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Broad knowledge of online software and relevant technologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities & projects.
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to form effective working relationships with both internal and external partners.
Fluent English.
