Вимоги: Qualifications & Experience:
Strong knowledge of client-server architecture
Linux ( prefer Debian / Ubuntu )
Scripting experience ( Bash, Python, JS )
Broad technical troubleshooting and performance tuning experience
Experience running large-scale web applications on modern platforms (HAproxy, Nginx, MongoDB, NodeJS, etc.)
Experience with virtualization technologies (Docker, LXC)
Networking experience (firewalls, routing, security)
AWS knowledge will be a plus
Understanding of blockchain
Also:
Ability to learn and support new applications and systems;
Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
Technical problem solving skills;
Intermediate English or higher;
Strong focus on self-education and self-motivation, team player with keen desire to help others.
Responsibilities:
Server error analysis;
Provide excellent customer service through Helpdesk and chat in timely and accurate manner;
Process and resolve client’s technical issues;
Suggest ways to optimize technical processes/procedures to make them more effective and easier both for clients and the team;
Collaborate with other departments to help solving technical and procedural tasks and providing technical support on our products and internal tools managed by technical team
