About us: We are a startup & a team of 12 based in US, Europe & India operating an International Webstore HQ’d in Atlanta,GA with satellite offices in Delhi, India & Kiev, Ukraine.

We are seeking to hire a team-mate for the full-time position of Ecommerce aka Website Manager with multiple responsibilities in website management, store organization and content writing/updating tasks.

The basic requirements are:

2+ years of relevant experience as a Website Manager or Catalogue Manager

Knowledge & Experience with popular shopping carts like Shopify/Magento

Knowledge of Email Marketing like MailChimp/Constant Contact is a PLUS

Internet Savvy & very proficient in Email management & Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)

Knowledge & Experience with Basecamp and Dropbox is a PLUS

Knowledge & Experience of coding (HTML) & CSS knowledge is a GREAT PLUS

Knowledge of e-commerce business (general) & latest UI/UX is a PLUS

English - intermediate

Your role and responsibility would be:

1. Website management - Updating banners (Design Support Provided), Navigation, Links as and when need be - no coding skills required, simple CMS tools available.

2.Store Management - Updating and Organizing collections and products (Daily) - retiring discontinued products and adding new products, Updating collections to ensure they are properly tagged & grouped.

3.Content Management - Proofreading + Uniformizing and updating product descriptions, collection descriptions and other content on the website like FAQ and policies to make sure they are always updated.

4. Upsell Management - Updating product descriptions to include complementary products thus increasing upsell opportunities.

5. Optimizing Products & Collections to improve SEO and thus better search results on Google

Working conditions:

Place of work: WORK FROM HOME

Opening hours: M-F: from 9:00 to 18:00 UA, Saturday 4 hours (flexible)

Training: free and compulsory training for 10 hours before GO LIVE.
