Baker Tilly Ukraine is an independent Ukrainian company that has been successfully operating audit, business consultancy, independent valuation and accountancy; one of the leaders on national market, an independent member of Baker Tilly International.
We have been operating in Ukraine since 1999. Our practise is fully consistent with
all applicable Laws of Ukraine including “On Audit Activity” and the International Standards of Auditing and the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants.
Our company is one of the largest audit firms in Ukraine. We cooperate with clients from various economic sectors of different Ukrainian regions. We are proud of the fact that have served the auditing and consulting needs of many of our clients for more than10 years.
In Ukraine we have a wide and unique practise providing professional services including: auditing of financial statements including projects that are connected with companies’ international financial markets entry, M&A, consolidation and transformation of financial statements into IFRS and GAAP,
cooperation with international financial institutions.
Baker Tilly Ukraine is registered in PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) - private non-profitable organization created to oversee the auditing services of public companies.
