I have begun my career as a System Administrator when I’ve been studying at the University. I got almost 10 year experience in IT industry with the last 4 years spent at the position of the Head of IT. During this period I managed and participated in various projects aimed for creation and reorganization of the corporate IT infrastructure.
At present, I got in-depth knowledge of the most progressive technologies of such brands as Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, HP and others, and a broad experience of the practical implementation of these technologies. I did deployment of a particular corporate IT infrastructure from the scratch.

Most significant projects:
•Objective: Design and deployment of the company's corporate IT infrastructure within the new building having the existing server hardware.
•Complexity: 25 servers and 290 workstations. Central office and six regional offices.
•Achievement: Laid out computer network and designed server room in the new building. Organized main and backup telephone and Internet connections. Implemented IP telephony using Avaya PBX and connected to PRI and SIP channels. Maintained uninterrupted user's access to all the services within both buildings while migration server hardware to the new premises. Implemented physical access control and CCTV video control inside and outside of the perimeter.

•Objective: Domain migrating to new server hardware.
•Complexity: 14 servers, 180 workstations.
•Achievement: Organized Tender and purchased new server hardware and software. Deployed failover cluster on the base of Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2. Migrated the domain and corporate mail from Windows Server 2003 / Exchange 2003 to Windows Server 2008R2 / Exchange 2007 without users interruption from the services.
