• Responsibilities coordination of technology department employees. Adjustment of technological process , setting up of production facilities , starting of new projects ( at the beginning stage , manufacturing of exemplary product so – called TRIALS ), adjustment of production equipment , creation of required documentation in accordance to customer requirements • Constant communication with customer, permanent business trip to customer I order to negotiate all of the essential problems related to goods quality ( Czech Republic, Germany , Bulgaria, Macedonia , Spain, Portugal, Poland, Mexico ). Implementation of the necessary events after visits to customer to avoid tangential problems in further. • Conducting of trainings for staff • Certain experience in the process of leather production. • Possession of information concerned to REFA tools ( available certificate after passing of professional courses ) • Applying of Japanese methodologies so –called Kaizen ( Lean Production ) to provide continuous improvement process . • Creation of facility layout
