Associate (generalist) lawyer, Kyiv
Our customer is a fresh Ukrainian company which focuses on investments, startups and technologies. Now the company is looking for an in-house lawyer to join their team
Main responsibilities:
- Efficient legal support of the everyday company’s activity;
- Handle transactions in the overseas jurisdictions;
- Structure transactions;
- Contractual work related to investment activity
Main requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate/M&A, Investment law;
- Fluency in English (oral, written, legal);
- Generalist;
- Ownership of the work;
- Business-minded;
- Proactive approach;
- Attention to details
- Overtime work
