Необходимые навыки
We expect you to have:
— About 2-3 years of experience in a similar position with minimum 10 people;
—Experience in team management;
— Proven experience with Agile approach;
— Work experience with Jira;
— A proactive attitude and the ability to self-organize: We are a fast growing company and you will often be required to solve problems as they arise;
— A sense of urgency and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment;
— Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, with teammates and supervisors alike communication skills (English);
— Upper-Intermediate is a MUST;
— Desire to be a part of an international team;
— On-time delivery and commitment to long-term cooperation;
— Willing to work till the job is done. No 9 to 5 guy.
— Work experience with e-commerce products;
— Work experience in fast-growing startups.

What will you be doing?
— Driving product development from small features to entirely new products;
— Creating tickets, testing and deploying them;
— Working with designers and engineers to implement quality solutions and build simple-to-use new features;
— Maximizing efficiency in a changing environment, evolving the products adaptable to the market;
— Providing guidance and recommendation to team members in creating product roadmaps;
— Participating in strategic decision making in regards to product functionality;
— Adapting our products to the ever-changing environment of financial technology market.
