Опис вакансії

General:

  • - English: upper-intermediate. Other languages, especially German are a plus (all communications, tutorials are in English, its knowledge is essential)
  • - Good understanding of western market – consumer psychology, expectations, trends
  • - Attention to detail (everything needs to be double-checked to minimize the possibility of mistakes occurring)
  • - Responsibility, initiative (if something is unclear or unknown, it should not serve as an excuse, but action should be taken to resolve it)
  • - Willingness to learn (because many new programs and tools need to be used and mastered)

Content management:

  • - Good understanding of advantages and drawbacks of all the main content types. Ability to use each one appropriately to drive engagement
  • - Good research skills to find the most fresh, interesting and relevant content
  • - Creative skills to create unique and interesting pieces of content and offer new ways to drive engagement
  • - Ability to analyze the audience and the stats and adjust the strategy accordingly

Advertising:

  • - At least some experience with running ads is desirable
  • - Knowledge of Ads Manager strongly recommended, of Power Editor desired
  • - Knowledge of Facebook rules and guidelines
  • - Analytical skills to analyze ads performance and optimize them accordingly
