Lead Architect/Lead DeveloperParameters:
- Location: Szczecin, Wroclaw (on-site)
- Duration: long term cooperation (full time job)
Responsibilities:
- Development, design, unit-testing, and integration of high-performance, real-time LTE layer 2 and layer 3 protocol stack
- High-level customer requirements understanding and implementation and their translation into design of high-quality and implementation in a time-critical fashion
- Explaining of implementation and troubleshoot issues in working with SIT teams
- Being included in development standards, processes, and procedures, configuration management in part
- Customer-engineering team and end customers support providing
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Requirements:
- Digital signal processing, wireless communications theory, embedded systems protocol development and IP networkingdesign and development strong background
- Strong knowledge in LTE layer 2 and layer 3
- Software development skills at high level
- RTOS programming knowledge at high level
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in software commercialization, stabilization and performance optimization in part
- Experience in analysis tools desirable (Sanjole, Aeroflex, wireshark, etc.)
- SMP/multi-threaded program knowledge at high level
- Experience in LTE air-interface debug
- Experience in C++ and C
The budget is open (salary is negotiable with client).
