We do both complex web applications, mostly our own as well as our own single-page application frameworks, both frontend and backend for development.

You need to be (or be one your way to become for us to invest in you) a talented developer in general. Since our primary technologies are Javascript, HTML, CSS and on the backend Node.JS and MongoDB your selection of these needs to be something you are skilled in and want to become even more.

In one way it is super simple what Glimworks does, we do 3 things:

We develop a complete new way of coping with information and software development, that is needed to solve larger problems we face in the world today.

We make our own frameworks etc all over the place since we do not have a choice, besides its lots of fun ;)

We have founded several cool new products (we live on this revenue) and let allied organisations sell & handle first line support etc

About Glimworks AB

Our development process is Teal, that is the next step in how to do things that comes after Agile. It gives even more personal freedom and innovation. We do both complex web applications (The complete set of tools needed for djinni.cao would be small example), mostly our own as well as our own single-page application frameworks (both frontend and backend) for development.

Since we create all projects from scratch and take the time to do it right, we have very little legacy code. But on the other hand since we are on the forefront in constant innovation and development in upgrading the frameworks what would be considered modern code rather quickly could be considered legacy here.
