Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Project management of the construction of mobile communication systems for the State Enterprise.

• Supervision of three departments: IT Department, Department of Infrastructure Solutions, Technical Support;
• Stuff management of the technical directorate, including resource planning, selection and hiring, professional development, training, motivation, organization of interaction and unit coordination;
• Development of strategies and tactics for the development of the company, including the justification and selection of manufacturers, suppliers and contractors, solutions and products, business processes, the organizational structure of the company;
• Control over the company's IT infrastructure;
• Optimization of the use of resources to ensure the required level of services and solutions;
• Monitoring of operating costs, including the preparation of operating budgets;
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of service contracts by L2 engineers;
• Management and implementation of budget-forming projects;
• Planning and implementation of “pilot” projects;
• Organization of interaction between the directorate and the sales, marketing and project management departments;
• Use and implementation of business process automation tools.

Project management: building a systems of analysis, monitoring and security management, modernizing the web portals and building a integrated information security systems, building a comprehensive email protection system, developing an information security system, upgrading the systems departmental communications, modernization of the telephone systems.
