- Purchasing (Operational materials, Engineering & Test Engineering (Spare parts, equipment’s, IT supplies (equipment, hardware, software, supplies, office equipment, furniture, Facility spare parts, etc);

- ERP system;

- EBPM;

- SAP (IPS);

- 1C Transport Logistics;

- NPI Quoting & Purchasing;

- Sourcing;

- Cost saving activities (Looking for new the Suppliers, possibilities to save money for the Company);

- Suppliers selection & evaluation

- Running and participation in Tenders (IT Hardware & Software, Facility services, equipment, tools and spare parts for Manufacturing, Engineering, etc);

- Negotiations with Suppliers;

- Contracts with Suppliers;

- Data Integrity and Keeping ERP system up to date;

- Prepare of import invoices for Brokers;

- Inventory stock controlling;

- Communication & Cooperation with Production, Finance, Program Management, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Facility, IT, HR;

- Taking cost reduction benefits with avoiding extra cost for delivery and production due to Top Urgent requests

- Excellent knowledge of Supplier selection process;
