WebMeridian is a Ukrainian web programming company focused on development, delivery, and support of e-commerce solutions.
Requirements:
- experience with client care/customer care;
- experience with troubleshooting;
- full working proficiency in English;
- understanding and experience in sales processes.
Will be an advantage:
- working proficiency in the German language;
- experience and understanding of web development.
Responsibilities:
- work with existing customers;
- identify issues and problems, engage support team to resolve issues;
- identify clients needs and problems, engage support team to resolve them;
- identify potential needs for additional software that we offer (upsales);
- engage presales and sales team to work on opportunities;
- reporting and invoicing of the customers;
- work with contracts, invoices, reports of completion;
- control of payments, work with P&L report, Cashflow, etc;
- admin tasks from PM’s department;
-validation and analysis reports from PM.
