Your Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and enter accounts receivable and payable
• Create journals to record revenue and expenses
• Invoice checks

• Guides
• Suppliers

• Receive and respond to inquiries from contractors
• Analyze and prepare various reports for management
• Assist office staff with daily production support activities, as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting
• Tourism experience a plus
• Basic knowledge of Quickbooks online
• Conversational English required
• Strong Excel Skills
