Turn cutting-edge research into robust and scalable technology by streamlining the transition from prototype to production, ensuring that cutting-edge AI models and systems are onboarded and assessed quickly, efficiently, and with the highest quality. Work at the forefront of the field and help to build the foundation for safe, trustworthy, and aligned AI.
Responsibilities
● Gain in-depth knowledge and contribute to our core AI testing and evaluation
technology, including python frameworks and analytics pipelines
● Implement concrete AI testing use cases for customer and internal projects
● Design and rapidly prototype experimental PoC solutions while understanding and
communicating scalability and generalizability limitations
● Contribute to innovation in AI testing, evaluation, and safety through
cross-functional collaboration and initiatives
● Translate mathematical concepts from paper to working code implementations
Core criteria and requirements
●Minimum Bachelor's in computer science, mathematics, or related technical field
●4+ years in applied ML/AI engineering roles or software engineering in AI-heavy
products that serves real users
● Proficient python programming with experience in AI and data frameworks (e.g.
numpy, pytorch, opencv, AI provider SDKs, langchain, llamaindex)
● Solid understanding of modern AI concepts and architectures
●Good understanding of statistics, linear algebra and algorithms design with ability
to implement concepts in code
● Fluent English communication and written skills
● Collaborative mindset with ability to learn and adapt quickly
● Expertise in specific AI domains (computer vision, NLP, etc.)
Nice to have
● Open-source contributions
● MLOps experience with platforms like AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI or similar
● Context engineering for generative or agentic AI
● Publication in relevant journals of computer science, mathematics and physics
