Chatbot Configuration Specialist

A Chatbot Configuration Specialist is responsible for configuring chatbots on the Mobile Coach chatbot authoring platform, which requires analytical thinking and attention to detail. Configuration Specialists also monitor the performance of our platform, interface with other internal teams, test and troubleshoot new chatbots, and participate in chatbot testing and client implementations.
A good candidate can:
Think logically
Understand systems and conditional statements
Communicate and collaborate proactively with team members (in English both verbally and in writing)
Give and receive constructive feedback
Learn quickly and adjust quickly to changes
Get work done on strict deadlines without much direct supervision
Required skills:
Basic knowledge of HTML
Proficiency in Google sheets and Excel
General understanding of API interfaces
