Requirements: The Cloud Engineer will be primarily responsible for supporting the firm's general infrastructure through automation of established systems. Our ideal candidate for this position is enthusiastic, has a solid technical foundation, learns quickly and performs dynamically. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience with a rapidly growing organization. Important Technologies for us:
Git, CI/CD Tools, Terraform/CloudFormation, CLI Tools, Linux/Bash Scripting, Nginx, SSH/Remote Desktop, DNS, AWS Cloud (EC2, Cloudwatch, Route53), CDNs Cloudflare/CloudFront, AWS Serverless Stack (Lambda/Fargate)
Duties: - Establish cross-region and cross-account VPC peering, - Setup automated versioning of code deployments with audit logging, - Implement a cloud based intrusion detection system, - Nginx configuration of new application deployments, - Configure applications using Linux/Bash scripts, - Write deployment scripts for Travis CI
Conditions: This is a full-time, remote-based and permanent position.
