Stepico Game studio is looking for creative and passionate Community manager/SMM manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Creation and finalization of content plan in social media: planning, writing, content publishing in English;
- Creating a text content for email marketing, websites, test landings, surveys, and app store pages in English;
- Gathering statistics in social media and websites;
- Answering users' questions in social media, initiating the discussions, gathering users' requests to the devs and a support team, publishing the answers to the users by request, gathering feedback from users, and delivering that feedback to the devs team and marketing department;
- Building communication with the community with online and offline events, surveys, contests;
- Searching and engaging the influencers, delivering information about the upcoming updates to the influencers;
- Requesting and coordination of art/video content production.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in SMM;
- Professional English level — writing and reading, a certificate is a plus;
- Experience in content creating and portfolio: posts in social media, articles on websites, FAQ, guides, press releases;
- Diplomacy and professionalism in private communication, initiative, energy and non conflict;
- Ability to sit still and focus, analytic skills;
- Skills of working with graphic editors and html coding.
