Koncha Solutions Ltd we are one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the financial industry. Currently, we are recruiting upbeat, driven, and motivated individuals for the position of Multilingual Compliance Assistant in Kyiv.
We are looking for Compliance Assistants who want to build a career in the industry. You will be joining a company expanding in many countries around the world. We will be glad to discuss the opportunity with you.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating operational activities aiming to maintain compliance with legal requirements
- Identifying any compliance issueRespond to compliance enquiries
- Analysing regulatory developments, new compliance legislation and market developments
- Develop and enforce adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements
- Manage the internal procedures and controls relevant to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
- Monitor anti-money laundering policies and procedures of the company as required by the company's regulator
- Perform regular monitoring to ensure that standards are adhered
- Work with all the departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Provide advice and guidance to employees as appropriate on money laundering matters
Requirements
- Native/Fluent English Speaker
- Second Language – Ex. French, Polish, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Arabic – A must
- Previous experience - An advantage
- Experience and understanding in VOIP systems
- Experience/background in Forex and the Financial Market – An Advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Ambitious and highly self–motivated
- Professional phone manner
- Obligatory to work on a weekly rotating shift (7:00am-3:00pm/3:00pm-11:00pm/11:00pm-7:00am)
