Fast-growing, US-based company looking for Customer Service agents.
Full-time remote job. Timely payment and cool management.
- Provide a WOW service to clients via e-mail with enthusiasm and courtesy;
- Reply to incoming customer order status and product requests, providing appropriate and correct information;
- Show a positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration;
- Covering 8 hours shift, with possible scheduling for 10-18, 12-20 UA time. - Late shift and weekend coverage are highly appreciated;
Main requirements:
- Advanced written and speaking English, full command of the language, C1 level;
- More than 2 years of experience in digital, online communication with clients (chats, e-mails, phone).
- At least 40 working hours per week;
- Possibility of extra coverage (evening hours and weekend shifts are highly appreciated);
- Basic knowledge of web interface functionality structure;
- Attention, concentration, and common sense.
