Our company provides software solutions for business in the US, UK and Australia.
We offer a unique vacancy that will allow you to work remotely from any place on earth where you can find the Internet. For this work, you will need fast Internet, proficiency in English and experience in providing customer service support. When working in our company, you can easily combine traveling, daily routine and personal life.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming requests from customers
Answer to customers' questions and solve existing problems
Call the potential customers and then connect them to our product.
Ability to work with e-mails
Ability to work with Office programs
Ability to work with CRM
Ability to work with Skype and other VOIP programs
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work with email newsletters
Desire to learn new skills
We need people who want to live the life without office routine and strive to develop in their sphere.
Requirements
We offer high salary + commission for attracting new customers after the probation period.
Working days - Monday through Friday.
To work, you need a personal computer with Internet access. The company pays the rest.
Vacation is paid by the company and after a successful year of work, you are granted an additional vacation month annually.
