Studio Moderna is a Company of professionals who want to bring more health to the lives of people. There are 21 divisions, based in Europe with central office in Slovenia. In Ukrainian office we are looking for Email Marketing specialist to work with UA market. Candidate should be passionate about advertising and love customers, as we do.

Main skills:

• Copywriting (critical)
• Creativity (critical)
• Customer centric (critical)
• Analytical skills
• Campaign/project management

Technical skills:

• MS Office Excel;
• HTML/CSS;
• Adobe Photoshop, other graphic tools.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be as follows: to implement central content strategy with adaptation to UA market. Also after analyzing of current communication, to create a projects plan and implement it in a cooperation with central team. This include:

• preparation of regular e-mail, push, sms, viber messages, based on monthly plan;
• preparation of landing pages, articles in a cooperation with content division and web designer;
• creation of new trigger and transaction messages;
• formation of service messages, based on customer journey;
• massive and segment messaging;
• operation with customer base (data verification, enrich customer data, segmentation etc.);
• testing of new templates, A/B tests, testing hypothesis;
• analyzing and optimization of the campaigns' efficiency;
• leads' generation (sites, offline channels etc.).

Requirements:

• 6 months+ experience as e-mail specialist, content specialist/copywriter with strong knowledge in e-mail marketing;
• English (up to Upper-Intermediate);
• well-developed skills in Russian and Ukraine languages;
• knowledge of Goggle Analytics;
• proactive person who is infatuated with marketing/content/e-mail marketing.
