About Us:
We are a fast-growing full-stack media buying team with a solid foundation in technical expertise. As we expand our horizons, we're eager to bring on board an individual adept at creating quality digital content and shaping successful email marketing strategies. You will be responsible for:
Content & Email Planning:
- Research trends in online dating and identify audience interests.
- Develop content plans for articles and promotional emails.
- Collaborate with AI tools for content ideas and drafting.
Content & Email Management:
- Outsource, review, and approve articles.
- Oversee email campaign creation and execution for optimal engagement.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor email marketing metrics.
- Optimize strategies based on performance data.
Team Oversight:
- Manage a team of freelancers.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency.
- Knowledge of AI tools, especially ChatGPT.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
Preferred Experience:
While we value hands-on experience in all the areas detailed above, it’s not a strict prerequisite. Passion and a willingness to learn hold equal weight for us.
