A reputable US based Logistics company is seeking dynamic and driven dispatcher to join our team at Lviv office.
Your key responsibility is to execute the daily processes and activities involved in all aspects of a truckload shipment. This multi-faceted position has you accountable for managing a group of drivers and executing dispatch functions, along with ensuring customer service commitments are being met.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent customer service skills and team player attitude
High motivation and attention to detail
Punctual and organized
Ability to work from 3 pm to 1 am
Always well-mannered on the phone
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Prior sales experience is preferred
Experience as a dispatcher (preferred, but not a must)
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Mon — Fri working from an office in Lviv (not a remote position)
Covered taxi expenses to get back home after work
Competitive pay: monthly base $700−900
High-motivated and friendly team
JOB DUTIES:
Dispatching Trucks and making sure on-time arrivals are made
Checking Brokers for creditability and freight guard reports before booking the load
Negotiating pricing agreements with Customers/Brokers
Communicating with drivers (daily using written and verbal English)
Well-organized tracking of the loads you covered
