E&O Global Inc is looking for a dispatcher to work on the most advanced and successful trucking company. Candidates for this job have a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and strategic solutions, adapt to sudden changes, manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively with others. We are looking for self-motivated team players interested in creating an excellent customer experience.
Shared Service Center in Ternopil and Lviv.
Requirements:
- Conduct load picks up, transit, and delivery by following DOT and company high safety standards;
- Update and input equipment and load related information in corporate CRM (software);
- Oversee and control cargo loading and securement;
- Build and maintain relationships with freight brokers and customers;
- Take on the responsibility of booking the most efficient loads to remain cost/profit effective as a company;
- Resolve freight related problems both internal and external with brokers/shippers to increase customer satisfaction;
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- English level — upper-intermediate
- A team player
- Result-oriented and responsible person
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Stress resilient

Work Hours requirements:
- Monday-Friday (3 pm — 1 am local time)
- Position Type: Full-Time/ Remote (due to war)
