Role Overview:
As a Flight Tickets Consultant at BSI Lifestyle, you will be responsible for providing top-tier flight solutions and support to our clients. You'll play a pivotal role in managing flight arrangements, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and delivering exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of our business clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing the most suitable flights options for clients.
- Fare calculation and ticketing of complicated routes and itineraries.
- Issuing /reissue/ cancelation of tickets in accordance with airlines policy and purchase of extra services (meals, seats, luggage, etc.).
- Monitor air travel reservations for accuracy and cost guidelines.
- Constantly checking country's entry requirements (covid restrictions, visa, etc.).
- Work with the accounts team to reconcile payments on a regular basis.
Reporting to: Head of Avia Department
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of world geography is a must.
- Upper-intermediate level of English required.
- Experienced Amadeus user.
- At least 1 year of Flight booking and ticketing experience within the travel industry.
- Excellent judgment and discretion.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and to precise time frames.
- Experienced PC user (MS Office).
- A team player who works well with others.
- Ready to stay connected 24/7 and work on weekends (shifts).

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time, Mon - Fri 09:00 – 18:00 & work on evenings and weekends (shifts).
Salary: from 1000 usd, based on the interview
