Job Summary:

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion

Projects Manager is a key leader of the Company's operations. This role leads the Project Management, Installation, Field construction and Manufacturing in the inclusion of glass and aluminum in facade products and their final installation at customer sites

You will be responsible to Plan and supervise a wide range of facade projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee façade procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting our company standards, according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Ideally 10 years' experience working in engineering in the Aluminum construction industry
Familiarity with façade systems, façade design and materials manufacture, a distinct advantage
High proficiency in ACAD, Word, Excel and Outlook
Work conditions:

Work in the company office in Tirane, Albania,
Working hours form 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Main duties of the Facades Projects Manager include, but are not limited to:

Schedule and lead project progress meetings, identifying progress and constraints and leading the team in problem solving and issue avoidance
Set-up and update installation budget trackers; track budgets and escalate issues as necessary with proposed remedial actions
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Develop standard processes for each department
Envisage installation methods and equipment
Manage projects to meet time, cost and quality requirements;
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
Support of Technical Manager in Liaison with The Client in negotiating fees
Monitoring and reporting on project status (financial, programme, resource and Client satisfaction) using prescribed tools and procedures
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to prescribed quality
Manage Relationship with clients, stakeholders and authorities
Liaison with The Client or other project consultants concerning any issues relating to the façade scope or commission
To be the main interface between The Client and company
Lead teams to prepare project proposals for submissions and to implement projects in respect of planning, design and construction services
Working with The Architect and Designer (if necessary) to develop concept details of a façade system to suit the required aesthetic, building type, building use and local climate providing budgetary advice where necessary.

Management / Checking Of
Preliminary engineering design and checks of façades and steel structures/architectural features

Reports produced by other members of the team
Working with the architect (if necessary) to develop the design and specification of the façade system to a stage that it can be used by the architect to generate details for tender of the façade package
Checking and commenting on specifications for the proposed façade systems
Checking and commenting on façade contractors full system calculations and system shop drawings
Attendance at mock up testing, reporting on results of same
Factory inspection of façade manufacture
Site inspections of façade installation
Generation of concise, clear, accurate written reports on the above and related issues
Acting as Technical Directors’ deputy when required
Recruit and train technical staff to discharge above duties and organize project teams for effective and efficient project implementation
Obtain first-hand information with regard to business development and pursue relevant opportunities.
