IT RECRUITER

XiarTech, Inc was founded in 2013 and headquartered in Herndon VA. We are a global organization offering talent solutions to 150+ customers including 20% of the Fortune 500 across Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Technology, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

We are looking for talented people with strong English, who wants to start a career in recruitment.

We`re looking for candidates with:

minimum 6 months of proven successful IT recruitment experience
Experience in sales will be an advantage
Cross-cultural awareness
English — Upper-Intermediate is a must

Work schedule:

Full-time Monday — Friday 4 PM to 12 PM.

Responsibilities:

IT research
Hire developers of different levels for long-term projects.
Work with Database
Communication with clients via phone/email
