Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trust and long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of major clients (Merchants)
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to key accounts .
  • Build and maintain strong,customer relationships.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate and implement commercial terms for key customer accounts.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal company teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust relationships between customers and company.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Work with the company internal commercial team to identify initiatives that support the delivery of the portfolio segmentation and targeting plans.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports (best practice) of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experienced Account Manager with minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, sales.
  • Ability to take an account management approach to manage the assigned account (s) business
  • Ability to plan and manage the demands of a broad portfolio of services
  • A proven track record in commercializing products or/and services in the financial or payment sphere.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, university graduate or equivalent
  • Fluency in the English language is a must
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Job Types: Full-time
