Project description:Dev-Pro Operations Department plays a key role in budgeting and controlling costs. It is responsible for business forecasts and financil reporting in the company. In cooperation with other Departments Operations Department helps to establish procedures and put them into effect.
Role description:
Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for:
• Work with agreements for internal contractors and vendors;
• Collaboration with lawers on custom legal questions;
• Control of liabilities with vendors;
• Support of team members in legal questions related to Private Enterpreneur activity.
Required skills:
• Work experience in IT company for 2 years;
• Intermediate English;
• Legal background and experience (work with agreements preparation, monitoring of liabilities);
• MS Office proficient user;
• Result-oriented;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to coupe with routine work.
