We are looking for an Operations Manager to assist in managing few personal projects.

Where? Kyiv (90% of work happens remotely though)

When? As soon as possible

Workload? 30−40h/week (on average)

Hello, I am Alex and moved to Kyiv in 2020.

I manage several businesses in the area of marketing, content production, personal coaching and social media.

Travelling, Trading and Photography are big parts of my lifestyle as well.

Due to the amount of projects and tight travel schedule, I need a capable person to support me in my businesses and personal projects.

Job title: “COO of Alex’ life” so to say.

Short summary of major projects:

1. I am managing and coaching at The Natural Lifestyles, international communication and dating coaching company.

I want to develop my personal brand.

We help men around the world live a more full-filling and connected life. Our high-ticket bootcamps and online-courses teach communication, relationship-advice, meditation, sexuality and lifestyle design. We have over 100.000 subscribers on YouTube and been coaching thousands of people around the world with incredible results.

2. TILTED. We are growing a social media brand and promote it with exclusive Photoshoot. We work together with established photographers and influencers. Destinations are Mallorca, Maldives, Thailand ...

3. I manage social media profiles for several clients.

4. Developing my personal photographer brand.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and control daily operations of all projects ?

Identify operational gaps and help refine or develop new processes for operational efficiency ??

Personal assistant tasks. Errands in Kyiv, travel logistics, basic accounting, etc.

Assist in organization of the trips for a big groups for 15−25 people: Booking flights, villas, yacht, entry rules and other.

Contact and work with influencers and brands to promote TILTED.

Helping with personal life management to let me focus on big ideas and projects

Requirements:

General working hours 10:00-18:00 Kyiv time, but must be open to occasionally be available during weekends and in different time zones when I’m traveling.

Perfect oral and written communication skills in the English and Russian language!!

I need you to be a clear communicator in order to work well together remotely, especially since a majority of the communication happens online.

Research Skills

Knowing how to carry out thorough and diligent research and report on a wide range of subjects is required.

Work conditions

You’ll be doing most of your work from your laptop. A good computer, an excellent internet connection and a smartphone + uninterrupted mobile internet is required. Some tasks will happen on the ground, in the center of Kyiv.
