Requirements:
- Proficient in English (B1 level or higher);
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus;
- Excellent typing skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Your Role:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a prompt and professional manner;
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services;
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns;
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in every interaction.
Work conditions:
- Official employment;
- Paid internship;
- Competitive salary ranging from 20000 to 25000 uah per month;
- Flexible work schedule: 4/2 or 5/2 options available;
