A reputable Construction Company is searching for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing job operations. The highest priority is completing each job with Quality, within Budget and on time.
Tasks include:
Scheduling material and labor for jobs,
Communicating with Clients & Vendors,
Consistent recruiting of Subcontractors and Material Suppliers.
Managing Subcontractor in Compliance.
This position also requires managing all active jobs on the daily basis.
Requirements:
- Has experience managing teams (at least 1 year)
- Upper Intermediate English, no problems with communication, able to speak and understand native speakers
- Confident user of computer and Google services
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 17.00pm NY time
Type: Remote
Salary: $700 per month, KPI bonuses starts after 60 days of trial period and based on quality and quantity of projects $200-$800
