The company re-invents both business and technology approaches to gaming and relevant high-risk industries – such as crpyto-gaming, NFTs, play-to-earn – to deliver stunning solutions that change the paradigm of gaming to entertainment.
Duties
- Perform test registrations every 30 minutes across our target GEOs (Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary).
- Check the ability to log in to the site every 20 minutes, and document the timely checks in the checklist.
- Randomly test game functionality, including launching games, checking UI on both PC and Mobile, making a few spins, and verifying the correct operation of slots.
- Continuously monitor the casino website for spelling errors, bugs, and visual inconsistencies.
- Monitor decline/error statuses in deposits and withdrawals in real-time. Report any significant increase in error rates compared to successful transactions to your supervisor and the payment systems specialist.
- Maintain regular communication with partners conducting deposit tests from different countries, and promptly signal any issues.
Must have:
At least 1 year of work experience in a gambling company
