IT Ocean was established in 2017 in Kryvyi Rih as a studio for the development of e-commerce projects involving remote performers from the CIS and Eastern Europe. IT Ocean positions itself as a niche company focused on technologies that design and promote basic IT services.
As a Recruiter at IT Ocean, you will be the compass guiding talented individuals into our tech-driven world. You will play a crucial role in building the future of IT by identifying and bringing together the best and brightest minds.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (B1 level or higher);
- Understanding of technical and innovative trends;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make quick and accurate assessments;
- Creative approach and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active recruitment for IT professionals to contribute to innovative projects;
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and requirements for candidates;
- Conduct interviews and assess the technical skills of candidates;
- Develop and implement creative talent acquisition strategies.
Work conditions:
- Work in our new office in the center of Kyiv near the Pecherska metro station;
