What will you do:
- Conducting risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
- Establishing policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments.
- Reviewing and assessing risk management policies and protocols.
- Making recommendations and implementing modifications and improvements.
- Recommending and implementing risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures.
- Reviewing and analyzing metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior.
- Drafting and presenting risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
- Performing other duties as directed.

What is important to us:
- 6+ months of work experience in Gambling.
- Intermediate + English language level.
- Excellent/native Turkish language level.
- Good PC skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information.
