Requirements - Mandatory

At least a year of business analysis experience

2+ years of requirements management experience

The ability to interact with clients in order to create clear requirements for the desired products

Experience writing specifications that are clear and understandable for both clients and development teams

Product-oriented thinking. Process orientation is needed for proper scope management and being able to work within our company's process framework.

The skill to create business analysis processes from scratch and to support existing ones

The ability to delegate analytical work to other requirements managers (with the support of more experienced business analysts)

No formal restrictions to go on foreign trips that last at least 2 weeks

Good spoken English

Requirements - Additional

Systematic approach and analytical thinking

Experience working in the financial industry and/or economic education (background)

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

Good communication skills

The ability and willingness to learn

The ability to communicate with people from different cultures

Experience providing consultation services

Results oriented

The ability to work in distributed teams

People management experience

Responsibilities

Defining the product and its functionality together with the client

Analyzing the business needs of a client and translating them into requirements for the developers

Setting up the business analysis processes in projects

Proposing the use of best practices to clients (where possible)

Liaise with project teams in order to transform requirements into finished products
