Описание вакансии

Company: International communication and creative agency with modern and innovative views, which provides design and branding services.
Type of the company: outsource

Company headquarters location: Kyiv/Ukraine
Seniority: Senior who wants to be a tech lead/ tech lead

Development Team: 1 Middle Backend and 1 Middle Frontend

Requirements and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with the MERN stack

  • MongoDB: database

  • React: frontend (+ React Native for the future to port to mobile platforms)

  • Express.js: web

  • Node.js: backend

Frontend Requirements:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 (+Bootstrap/Tailwind).

  • Extensive knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

  • Previous experience working as a React.js developer (show your projects and explain what you did there!).

  • Experience with developing interactive elements (tables/charts/diagrams/animations).

  • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software (e.g. Mocha and Jest).

Backend Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as (Express, StrongLoop, etc).

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (CSS3 and HTML5)

  • Good understanding of server-side templating languages (e.g. Jade, EJS, etc).

  • Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (e.g. ****Stylus, Less, SASS, etc).

  • Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments (incl. JWT).

  • Expertise with MongoDB:

    • Designing and maintaining MongoDB instances

    • Configuring schema and MongoDB data modelling

    • Preparing necessary documentation

    • Optimizing performance issues

    • Automating routine DB operations with scripting

  • Hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs, Websockets.

  • Familiarity with Docker and AWS infrastructure.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in application architecture development, development experience for the FinTech sector

Responsibilities:

  • Full stack development, team coordination of 2-4 developers (frontend + backend), project coordination with CTO

Required level of English: B1-C2

Number of interview stages: 2: 1 - hr; 2 - tech

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 18

Probation: 6 weeks
