About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in manual testing to ensure the high quality of our healthcare software products. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans while working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results
- Report bugs and errors to development teams using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance product quality and team productivity
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test case management and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or health-tech domains is a plus
