What we're looking for
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMM Specialist to join our marketing team. As a SMM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation in the B2B space. You will play a key role in expanding our digital presence and ensuring our social media efforts align with our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and target audience in the B2B sector.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Reddit to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media campaigns and content performance using relevant metrics and tools, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as content writers, designers, and product managers, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Identify and engage with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify our brand reach and foster strategic partnerships.
- Stay informed about the latest B2B marketing trends and incorporate innovative approaches into our social media strategies.
Our expectations
- More than 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B and Saas environment.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop compelling content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving priorities.
