Joining thyssenkrupp IT Competence Center, you will be part of a team of dedicated professionals, who support and develop Global IT Applications and thyssenkrupp infrastructure worldwide. Your responsibilities
- Support of the operations and maintenance topics regarding two global SuccessFactors instances with different modules (LMS, Performance & Goals, Succession and Development)
- Coordination of the troubleshooting and bug fixing with the different business departments and other stakeholders
- Serving as a part of the 2nd/3rd level support and the contact for the global key users and business departments
- Analysis of errors, developing workarounds and permanent solutions, assistance for how-to-questions as well as handling of service requests
- Preparation, execution and documentation of developer tests and programming solutions
- Performance of feasibility checks and cost estimations for change requests as well as implementation of change requests
- Keeping incidents, developing documentation and knowledge base up-to-date
Your profile
- Basic experience in SuccessFactors, ideally Learning Management or Performance & Goals
- At least 3 years work experience
- Experience in process analysis, optimization and design
- Travelling around 10% (this would be approx. 20 days a year)
- Fluent written and spoken English, German will be an asset
