ITCraft invites Technical Writer to take a position at our friendly professional team.
Our project is an enterprise management system. The customer is a large manufacturer of convenience food and ready-to-eat products. The big challenge to the team now is to migrate from the existing system written on Cobol to a modern platform along with adding new functionality to the system.
Responsibilities:
- Extracting business logic from existing COBOL code as a basis for creating software requirements for redevelopment;
- Written communication with the customer (in English).
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of COBOL;
- Knowledge of relational databases, knowledge of Postgresql will be a plus;
- Experience in writing low-level software requirements specifications;
- Analytical skills, diligence, attention to detail;
- At least Upper-Intermediate written English.
