Job Description
outstaff company Webiz International is looking for his client a skilled Vue.js Developer to lead a talented development team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Vue.js, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to grow their backend development capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a team and take ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on Vue.js development best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient front-end solutions using Vue.js.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Plan and manage team deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Work towards expanding backend knowledge (if not already experienced) and contribute to backend development in the future.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Vue.js and its core ecosystem (Vue Router, Vuex, etc.).
- Solid understanding of modern front-end development practices, including component-based architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and related tooling (Webpack, Vite).
- Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior developers.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.
- Basic knowledge of backend development or willingness to learn and grow in this area.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
