In this role my primary responsible was to develop a professional relationships of trust with clients and help them better understand our products and guide them towards making the right decision and closing deals.
In my role as Team Leader I was responsible for the overall productivity of my team. I performed the duty of training and helping Sales manager improve in their skills and also assisting in closing deals.
In this role I performed many duties including: Sign up new clients, work on the offers/contract, Calculating transportation costs, Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace.
